Oh wow. I hope you’re okay today? I didn’t cut my arm as much as you. but it was close to yours. I think I used scar-zone I got it at a drug store. it helped me after about 2 years like I said they were pretty much gone. It takes a lot of time and patience. I am doing a lot better now since then because that was like 5 years ago for me.  I still get down but I haven’t cut at all really since then.
